摘要
在混凝土施工过程中,养护阶段耗时最长,是质量控制中最重要的环节。传统温度控制主要依靠工人经验或单点式温度传感器,缺乏科学有效监测手段大面积实时监控混凝土内部温度。针对衬砌养护阶段的温控难题,在苏锡常南部高速公路太湖隧道建设中,引入分布式光纤传感温度监测技术,实现对混凝土衬砌内部温度的实时监测,从而判断混凝土内部水化热导致的温差。结合相应处理手段,控制温度应力裂缝的产生,减小浇筑质量风险。现场实践表明,该方法效果良好,可为混凝土养护过程提供科学指导。
In the process of concreting construction,concrete curing is the key quality control step and takes the longest time to complete.However,the traditional temperature control means mainly includes the construction experience or single-point temperature sensor,which cannot meet the requirements for real-time,scientific and effective monitoring of internal temperature of large-area concrete.In order to solve the temperature control difficulty at the stage of concrete lining maintenance,the distributed-type optical fiber sensing technique is applied in the construction of Taihu tunnel of Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou south expressway,its application realizes real-time monitoring of internal temperature of concrete lining.By referring to the temperature difference caused by the hydration heat of concrete,the corresponding measures can be adopted to control the temperature stress cracks and lower concreting quality risk.The engineering practice shows that the above method has good effect and can be used to guide the process of concrete curing scientifically.
