摘要
分析发现全自动板筋成型机在加工过程中存在两个方面的缺陷:一是被加工钢筋会发生位移从而导致较大的角度误差和不一致性;二是因其采用调直框结构导致钢筋在加工过程中存在一个逆时针的扭力,造成成品钢筋在料槽中出现不能百分之百完全出料的缺陷,导致设备损坏等事故发生。为提高全自动板筋成型机角度误差、不一致性,针对第一种缺陷对弯切机构重新设计,在切刀两端增加紧固机构以防止钢筋在加工过程中发生位移。为防止成品钢筋在料槽中不能百分之百完全出料,导致损坏设备的缺陷设计出了一套保护系统,当成品钢筋不能顺利出料时发出报警信号及停机信号。
Through the analysis,it is found that in the process of processing,the processed steel bar will move,which leads to large angle error and inconsistency.Due to the use of straightening frame structure,there is a counterclockwise torque in the processing of steel bar,resulting in the defect that the finished steel bar can not be discharged in the material groove,resulting in equipment damage and other accidents. In order to improve the angle error and inconsistency of the automatic bar forming machine,this paper redesigns the bending and cutting mechanism,and adds a fastening mechanism at both ends of the cutter to prevent the displacement of the steel bar in the process of processing. A new protection system is designed to prevent the finished steel bars from being dis-charged in the trough,which will damage the equipment. When the finished steel bars can not be discharged smoothly,the alarm signal and stop signal will be sent out.
