碳钢零件在输送线的自动翻转与输送的设计 被引量:1

摘要 国内的生产企业根据零件大小采用的零件自动翻转形式多样,人工参与的半自动化程度较多,效率不高、出错率较高,针对一种碳钢零件在板链输送线的自动翻转与输送,通过将永磁铁安装在翻转机的大轮毂上,随着大轮毂转动,吸附碳钢零件,再通过平皮带分离装置,将零件与大轮毂分离,从而实现了零件快速翻转与输送,翻转率达到99%,极大安全地提高了零件翻转的生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。 At present,the company is automatically flipped in various forms according to the size of the parts used parts,more human intervention semi-automatic degree,low efficiency,high error rate,response to this phenomenon,the paper will be carbon steel parts in conveyor lines Automatic turning and conveying are the research objects. The permanent magnets are installed on the large hub of the turning machine. As the large hub rotates,the carbon steel parts are adsorbed,and then the parts are separated from the large hub by a flat belt separation device. Fast turnover and transportation,the turnover rate reaches 99%,which greatly improves the production efficiency of part turnover and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
