摘要 工程机械结构件各个部件结构尺寸差异性较大,而标准吊具不能完全满足所有工件的吊装需求。为满足工程机械结构件工件吊装要求,提高操作简便性和吊装效率,需进行专用吊索具设计。利用有限元分析软件进行专用吊具的刚强度特性分析,找出吊具在最大载荷作用下的薄弱部位,并利用分析结果对吊具进行优化设计,以保证吊具在实际应用中的安全可靠。结果显示该设计有效可行。 There are great differences in the structural dimensions of various parts of construction machinery,However,the standard spreader can not fully meet the lifting requirements of all workpieces.In order to meet the lifting requirements of structural parts of construction machinery and improve the operation convenience and lifting efficiency,it is necessary to design a special lifting sling.The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the stiffness and strength characteristics of the special spreader,and the weak parts of the spreader under the maximum load are obtained. The analysis results are used to optimize the design of the spreader,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the spreader in practical application.The results show that the design is effective and feasible.
