热加载条件下Al/PTFE烧结药柱的数值模拟

摘要 利用COMSOL软件对Al/PTFE药柱烤燃过程进行数值模拟,获得了药柱在烤燃过程中温度变化情况。结果表明,数值模拟能够较好反应药柱在持续的热刺激加载下温度变化情况,为烤燃机理的研究提供了依据。 In this paper,COMSOL software is used to simulate the roasting process of Al/PTFE grain,and the temperature change of the grain in the roasting process is obtained. The results show that the numerical simulation can better reflect the temperature change of grain under continuous thermal loading,which provides a basis for the study of roasting mechanism.
