摘要
设计了一种适合经济型数控车床的手动对刀仪,并提出手动对刀仪的使用方法。手动对刀仪利用闭合回路原理,能迅速、准确地确定车刀的安装高度,设定X、Z轴方向刀具偏置数据。
This paper designs a kind of manual tool setting instrument suitable for economical CNC lathe,and puts forward the use method of manual tool setting instrument. Using the closed loop principle,the manual tool setting instrument can quickly and accurately determine the installation height of the turning tool,and set the tool offset data in X and Z axes.
