摘要
对某微卡怠速时车身、方向盘、座椅出现严重抖动及驾驶室内轰鸣声问题进行分析与测试,得出其主要原因是右悬置隔振性能水平偏低,经优化悬置系统后,驾驶室内抖动得到明显改善,驾驶室内轰鸣声消除。
This paper analyzes and tests the serious shaking of the body, steering wheel and seat and the roar in the cab when a micro card idles. It is concluded that the main reason is the low level of vibration isolation performance of the right suspension. After the optimization of the suspension system, the shaking in the cab is significantly improved and the roar in the cab is eliminated.
