基于FLUENT的旋流喷嘴螺旋段参数优化

摘要 道路建设的路基施工阶段,由于自然环境和施工扰动等因素,会产生大量的扬尘,为了抑制扬尘会在扬尘源四周布置喷雾系统。为了分析旋流喷嘴螺旋段的参数对喷嘴性能的影响,使用FLUENT进行仿真分析,以喷嘴出口处的速度与湍动能作为评价指标。结果表明:为了得到更好的雾化效果,螺旋角在20°~30°范围内较为适宜;螺旋段过长,或者螺旋段孔径太小,都会减弱喷嘴的雾化效果。参数合理旋流喷嘴可以使流体加速并且形成湍流,有利于生成水雾颗粒。 During the road construction phase of roadbed construction,a large amount of dust is generated due to the natural environment and construction disturbances,and a spraying system is arranged around the dust source in order to suppress the dust. In order to analyze the influence of the parameters of the spiral section of the cyclonic nozzle on the nozzle performance,simulation analysis was performed using FLUENT,and the velocity and turbulence energy at the nozzle outlet were used as evaluation indexes. The results show that:in order to get a better atomization effect,the spiral angle in the range of 20-30 ° is more appropriate;spiral section is too long,or spiral section aperture is too small,will weaken the nozzle atomization effect. Parameters reasonable cyclone nozzle can accelerate the fluid and form turbulence,which is conducive to the generation of water mist particles.
