摘要
为计算某3 MW风电机组的机舱运输支架强度,对其工作时的承载及固定情况进行分析,找出其受力情况,确定其安全系数。此外,基于NX-CAE平台,以装配FEM的方式建立有限元计算模型,并考虑重力加速度、转弯加速度、加减速加速度以及道路坡度等因素的综合影响,进行有限元计算并验证运输支架安全裕度。计算结果表明,该运输支架满足复杂工况下的强度要求。该计算为运输支架的结构设计提供了可靠依据,为相似的强度计算以及设计优化提供了参考。
In order to calculate the strength of the engine room transport bracket of a 3 MW wind turbine,the load and fixation of the bracket are analyzed to find out its stress and determine its safety factor. In addition,based on nx-cae platform,the finite element calculation model is established by assembling FEM,and the comprehensive influence of gravity acceleration,turning acceleration,acceleration and deceleration acceleration,road slope and other factors is considered to carry out the finite element calculation and verify the safety margin of transportation support. The calculation results show that the transportation support can meet the strength requirements under complex working conditions. The calculation provides a reliable basis for the structural design of the transport support and a reference for similar strength calculation and design optimization.
