白细胞分类计数在急性冠状动脉综合征预后评估中的研究进展

Research progress of leukocyte differential count in prognosis evaluation of acute coronary syndrome

急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)是冠心病的一种严重类型,有较高的发病率及死亡率。炎症反应在ACS发生发展中起到重要作用,在临床实践中,监测炎症相关因子有利于对ACS患者进行危险分层及预后评估。一些研究显示血白细胞分类计数可能成为临床评估ACS患者预后情况的可靠炎症指标之一。本文就白细胞分类计数在ACS预后预测中的研究进展作一综述。

Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is a serious type of coronary heart disease,which has high morbidity rate and mortality rate.Inflammation plays an important role in the initiation and development of ACS.In clinical practice,monitoring inflammation related factors is conducive to risk stratification and prognosis evaluation of ACS patients.Some studies have shown that leukocyte differential count may be one of the reliable inflammatory markers for clinical evaluation of prognosis in patients with ACS.This article reviews the research progress of leukocyte differential count in predicting the prognosis of ACS.
