DEVELOPMENT OFΦ14 mm FOUR SLITTING REBAR

介绍了河钢宣钢Φ14 mm螺纹钢由三切分改为四切分工艺的开发生产过程。新工艺中,粗中轧孔型与现有孔型系统共用,精轧机组采用预切分—切分的孔型系统,通过切分孔型和切分导卫的共同作用,完成轧件“一分三,三变四”四线切分过程。产品开发一次成功,其几何尺寸、表面质量和力学性能等各项质量指标均符合国标GB/T1499.2-2018中螺纹钢的各项规定。

The paper introduces the development and production process ofΦ14 mm rebar from three slitting to four slitting in HBIS Xuansteel.In the new process,the roughing and intermediate rolling pass is shared with the existing pass system,and the finishing mill adopts the pre-slitting slitting pass system.Through the joint action of slitting pass and slitting guide,the four line slitting process of"one slitting three,three changing four"is completed.The product has been successfully developed at one time,and its geometric dimension,surface quality,mechanical properties and other quality indicators are in line with the national standard GB/T1499.2-2018.
