在对公路沥青路面质量进行分析和研究的过程中,我们发现沥青混合料的整体质量以及后续的摊铺和压实效果是影响其质量的关键因素,而在设计沥青混合料各材料成本的组成情况时,矿料的级配又是一项十分关键的内容,级配的好坏直接的影响了公路的体积指标和路面的使用性能,我们必须对沥青混合料拌和楼的生产过程采取有针对性的质量控制对策,从而真正的提升公路路面的整体使用性能。本文从对施工原材料的有效控制、有效的衔接生产配合比与目标配合比、对沥青混合料拌和楼的生产调试控制和拌和楼生产过程中几个需注意的问题从4个方面探讨了如何做好沥青混合料拌和楼生产过程的质量控制工作。

In the process of analysis and research on the quality of highway asphalt pavement,we found that the overall quality of asphalt mixture and the subsequent paving and compaction effect are the key factors affecting its quality.When designing the composition of each material cost of asphalt mixture,the grading of mineral aggregate is a very key content,and the grading directly affects the volume index of highway And pavement performance,we must take targeted quality control measures for the production process of asphalt mixing plant,so as to really improve the overall performance of highway pavement.This paper discusses how to do a good job in the quality control of the production process of the asphalt mixture mixing plant from four aspects:the effective control of the construction raw materials,the effective connection between the production mix proportion and the target mix proportion,the production debugging control of the asphalt mixture mixing plant and several problems needing attention in the production process of the mixing plant.
