近年来,我国建筑行业得到高速发展,对建设工程质量也提出了更为严格的要求。与此同时,建设工程质量检测工作加大监管力度,检测数据是判断工程质量的重要依据,所以,必须保证试样具有代表性和真实性,才能够确保整体工程结构的安全稳定。因此,为建设优质工程,保证质量检测结果真实准确,杜绝质量事故出现,本文对建设工程质量检测见证取样工作中存在的问题进行探讨,针对性提出见证取样策略,为同类工程提供参考。

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's construction industry,more stringent requirements are put forward for the quality of construction projects.At the same time,the construction project quality inspection work increases the supervision,and the test data is an important basis for judging the quality of the project.Therefore,the representativeness and authenticity of the samples must be ensured to ensure the safety and stability of the overall engineering structure.Therefore,in order to build highquality projects,ensure the authenticity and accuracy of quality test results,and eliminate quality accidents,this paper discusses the problems existing in the construction project quality test witness sampling work,and puts forward the witness sampling strategy,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
