风电全面进入平价上网时代,加强风电场日常管理成为降低成本、提高效益、规避风险的重要手段。因此如何降低风电运行度电成本,不仅关系着风电企业的生产经营,更关系着风电产业的长远发展。本文通过定量分析方法探讨了如何对风电场进行有效的运营管理以提高经济效益的途径,根据各场站实际情况,探索应用加权评分方法对指标进行综合评价,有针对性地制定提高措施。

Wind power has entered the era of parity on the grid.Strengthening the daily management of wind farms has become an important means to reduce costs,improve efficiency,and avoid risks.Therefore,how to reduce the cost of wind power operation is not only related to the production and operation of wind power enterprises,but also related to the long-term development of the wind power industry.This paper discusses how to conduct effective operation and management of wind farms to improve economic benefits through quantitative analysis methods.According to the actual conditions of each station,explore the application of weighted scoring methods to comprehensively evaluate indicators,and formulate improvement measures in a targeted manner.
