摘要
传统企业单位食堂多停留在凭借工作人员多年从业经验和各种电子表格配合管理的层面,对信息技术应用程度较低,工作人员每天仍需花费大量的时间做表格整理统计工作,不同职责工作人员交流依靠邮件、微信等通讯工具,大大降低了食堂运行效率。本次设计的智慧菜品管理系统对企业单位食堂所面临的问题进行全面分析,系统实现了食堂菜品的定量化管理,利用计算机软件强大的计算能力做到每日菜品类型的合理搭配。实现了原料精细化管理,做到源头可控,保障食品安全。优化了组织结构,在同一系统平台下完成数据交互,减少不必要的交流,提高工作效率。智能菜品分析管理系统在食堂信息化转型升级过程中具有指导性意义。
Traditional corporate canteens mostly stay at the level of coordinating management with staff years of experience and various electronic forms,and have a low level of application of information technology.Staff still need to spend a lot of time every day to sort out forms and statistics.Staff with different responsibilities communication relies on communication tools such as email and WeChat,which greatly reduces the efficiency of the canteen.The smart dish management system designed this time conducts a comprehensive analysis of the problems faced by the corporate canteen.The system realizes the quantitative management of canteen dishes,and uses the powerful computing power of computer software to achieve a reasonable mix of daily dishes.The refined management of raw materials is realized,the source is controllable,and food safety is guaranteed.Optimize the organizational structure,complete data interaction under the same system platform,reduce unnecessary communication,and improve work efficiency.The intelligent dish analysis management system has guiding significance in the transformation and upgrading of canteen information.
