对消防控制室规范化建设的几点探究

日常监督检查过程中发现部分社会单位的消防控制室的规范化建设程度不高,日常管理工作依然存在诸多问题,操作人员自身的业务水平有待提升,甚至部分操作人员不具备国家认可的上岗资格,导致火灾在最初发生的时候无法得到有效的扑救。本文通过采取座谈了解、查阅资料、实地检查、现场提问、实操抽查和脱岗值班等方法,对工作地区的重点单位消防控制室管理情况进行了深入调研,分析了当前消防控制室规范化管理存在的问题,提出了一些意见和建议,对重点单位消防控制室规范化建设具有一定的指导意义。

In the process of daily supervision and inspection,it was discovered that the standardization of the fire control room of some social units was not high,there were loopholes in the daily management work,the operation level of the operators was not high,and there was a phenomenon of undocumented employment,which greatly affected the initial fire The timely detection and rescue.This paper conducts an in-depth investigation of the management situation of the fire control room of key units in the work area by adopting methods such as discussion and understanding,access to information,on-site inspection,on-site questioning,practical inspections and off-duty duty,and analyzes the existing standardized management of the current fire control room Questions,some opinions and suggestions were put forward,which have certain guiding significance for the standardized construction of fire control rooms in key units.
