合理利用小时补贴政策对风电项目经济效益影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Rational Utilization of Hour Subsidy Policy on Economic Benefits of Wind Power Projects

近年来,我国风电等新能源快速发展,可再生能源电价补贴缺口随之迅速扩大。近期,关于新能源按照合理利用小时进行补贴的文件引发行业对于政策延续性及项目经济效益的担忧。本文通过对风电项目不同边界条件下合理利用小时政策前后经济效益定量计算分析得出结论,合理利用小时补贴条件下对风电项目经济效益影响较小,仍能够保证风电企业合理效益水平。

In recent years,my country's wind power and other new energy sources have developed rapidly,and the gap in renewable energy tariff subsidies has been rapidly expanding.Recently,the document on the subsidy of new energy in accordance with the reasonable utilization hours has caused the industry to worry about the continuity of the policy and the economic benefits of the project.This paper analyzes the quantitative calculation and analysis of the economic benefits before and after the reasonable utilization of hours policy under different boundary conditions of wind power projects,and concludes that the reasonable utilization of hours subsidy has little impact on the economic benefits of wind power projects and can still guarantee the reasonable level of benefits of wind power enterprises.
