摘要
新型数控机械加工水平的提升主要在于进刀工艺的改进。本研究首先分析了该项技术的应用背景,获得该项技术得到广泛应用的原因,进而又对当前该工艺加工应用的现状进行介绍,并论述了对其进行改进的必要性。针对当前工艺技术的不足,最终提出从硬件、软件、管理体系及人才的聘用等方面进行改善的策略,旨在提升该工艺的应用水平。
The improvement of the new CNC machining level mainly lies in the improvement of the feed process.This research first analyzes the application background of this technology,obtains the reasons for the widespread application of this technology,and then introduces the current status of the processing and application of this technology,and discusses the necessity of improving it.In view of the shortcomings of the current process technology,finally proposed strategies to improve the hardware,software,management system,and talent recruitment,aiming to improve the application level of the process.
