一种新型便携式超声波去渍笔的设计

摘要 本文基于超声波空化原理设计一款新型便携式去渍笔,分析外出时如何对衣物污渍进行有效清洁。重点讨论了利用大气压原理设计的真空引水装置,为衣物清洁提供便携水源,以及能将驱动电能转换为超声能量的超声波辐射装置,实现超声波对衣物的清洗,同时研究双腔推拉式结构的污水回存装置,将清洗完成后的污垢抽吸回存,完成自动给水、超声清洁、污水回收一体化的便携式去渍笔设计。 In this paper,based on the principle of ultrasonic cavitation,a new type of portable stain removal pen is designed to analyze how to effectively clean clothes stains when going out.This paper focuses on the design of vacuum water diversion device based on atmospheric pressure principle,which provides portable water source for clothing cleaning,and the ultrasonic radiation device which can convert the driving electric energy into ultrasonic energy to realize the cleaning of clothing by ultrasonic.At the same time,the sewage recycling device with double cavity push-pull structure is studied,which can pump and store the dirt after cleaning,and complete the automatic water supply,ultrasonic cleaning and sewage recycling Design of portable stain removing pen integrated with water recovery.
