一种桌面型FDM 3D打印的实时误差反馈系统研究

摘要 3D打印技术被称为最有前景的新型生产方式,它带来了世界性制造业的新革命,从根本上改变了传统加工制造的模式。尤其是近年来,随着“互联网+”与“中国制造2025”的大力推进,3D打印技术在复杂构件制造、新产品开发、个性化产品制造等领域得到了广泛的应用。然而,3D打印机在逐层打印的过程中容易产生内孔直径变小、打印错层及材料收缩引起的尺寸误差等问题,不符合工业制造的工艺可重复性与产品质量稳定性的要求,而且会造成资源与时间的浪费。因此,本文提出了一种桌面型FDM 3D打印的实时误差反馈系统,具有重要的实际应用价值。 3D printing technology is known as the most promising new mode of production,which brings a new revolution in the world manufacturing industry and fundamentally changes the traditional manufacturing mode.Especially in recent years,with the vigorous development of"Internet+"and"Made in China 2025",3D printing technology has been widely applied in complex components manufacturing,new product development,personalized product manufacturing and other fields.However,in the process of layer by layer printing,3D printers are prone to problems such as smaller inner hole diameter,printing error and dimensional error caused by material shrinkage,which do not meet the requirements of industrial manufacturing process repeatability and product quality stability,and will cause a waste of resources and time.Therefore,this paper proposes and studies a desktop FDM 3D printing real-time error feedback system,which has important practical value.
