药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房创新管理中的应用

Application of Rational Drug Classification and Drug Supervision System in Innovative Management of Hospital Pharmacy

探究分析在医院西药房创新管理中应用药品合理分类及药品监管制度的价值。选取我院在2018年8月—2020年8月具有购买西药房药品记录的患者4500例,以年份平分为两组,各2250例,一组观察组和另一组对照组,对照组的患者采用传统药品管理制度,观察组采用药品合理分类及药品监管制度,依据本院西药房收到的处方,比较两组药房的患者对服务质量的满意度和药物管理质量评分。4500例用药患者使用不同的西药房管理方式后,观察组患者的服务满意度92.67%,与对照组的服务满意度43.64%相比明显较高,组间数据差异显著(±s 2=16.164,P=0.017),存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。在医院西药房管理中应用药品合理分类及药品监督制度,不仅西药房的各项工作的管理水平得到了提高,还使得患者的满意度提高和药品的质量得到改善,也在一定程度上降低了西药房查找和发放药物过程中出现的错误,提高了医院综合实力,值得医院推广。

To explore and analyze the value of rational drug classification and drug supervision system in innovative management of hospital pharmacy.A total of 4500 patients with records of purchasing western medicine from August 2018 to August 2020 in our hospital were selected and equally divided into two groups,2250 cases in each group,one observation group and the other control group The patients in the control group were treated with the traditional drug management system,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the reasonable drug classification and drug supervision system.According to the prescriptions received by the pharmacy in our hospital,the satisfaction of patients with service quality and the score of drug management quality in the two groups were compared.After 4500 patients used different pharmacy management methods,the service satisfaction of the observation group was 92.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(43.64%)(±2=16.164,s P=0.017),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The application of reasonable drug classification and drug supervision system in the management of hospital pharmacy not only improves the management level of the work of the pharmacy,but also improves the satisfaction of patients and the quality of drugs,reduces the errors in the process of searching and distributing drugs in the pharmacy,improves the comprehensive strength of the hospital,and is worthy of promotion.
