生物工程专业实验室建设与管理中存在的问题及优化策略

Problems and Optimization Strategies in the Construction and Management of Bioengineering Laboratory

生物工程专业是一个实践性很强的专业,在高校本科教学分析研究中,实验内容与条件等占的比例很大。通过对新疆师范大学、辽宁石油化工大学、沈阳农业大学、沈阳化工大学、南阳师范学院等非“985”和“211”高校发放调查问卷,统计数据显示:6.28%的学生表示生物工程专业实验室的总体布局和结构不合理,7.17%的学生表示生物工程专业实验室的仪器配置不合理,5.83%的学生表示生物工程专业实验教学队伍不够合理,16.59%的学生表示生物工程专业实验室的仪器数量不能满足实验需要,32.74%的学生不会使用灭火器;并实地调研,发现本科生物工程专业实验室建设与管理中仍然存在的诸多问题。通过查阅文献、资料与征询专家意见,提出具体的优化策略,以期对本科生物工作专业实验室的建设和管理提供参考意见。

Biological engineering is a practical major,and experimental conditions,experiment content have a large scale in the ministry of education undergraduate teaching assessment in colleges and universities system.Through questionnaires survey,such as Xinjiang Normal University,Liaoning Petrochemical University,Shenyang Agricultural University,Shenyang University of Chemical Technology,Nanyang Normal University,the data show that 6.28%of the students said laboratory of the overall layout and the structure is unreasonable in biological engineering,7.17%of students said laboratory instrument configuration is not reasonable in biological engineering,5.83%of students said experiment teaching team is not reasonable in biological engineering,16.59%of students said laboratory instrument quantity cannot meet the needs of the experiment in biological engineering,32.74%of the students will not use the fire extinguishers,and through field survey,found many problems existing in the construction and management of undergraduate bioengineering specialty laboratory.By consulting literature,data and consulting experts,the paper puts forward specific optimization strategies,in order to provide reference for the construction and management of undergraduate biological laboratory.
