摘要
通过对调查所得的数据集进行数据清理并进行数据进行分析,通过对数据进行分类组合的分析从而得到员工想要离职的一些主要风险,然后对员工的想要离职的因素进行分析,来帮助企业管理者制定相应的策略、来降低员工离职的风险。这个模型很大程度上能帮助企业领导提前做出正确的领导决策,规避员工离职,降低公司的损失,留下优秀的员工。
Through the data cleaning and data analysis of the data set obtained by the survey and based on the analysis of the classification and combination of the data,some of the main risks were obtained when employees wanted to leave,and then the reasons why employees wanted to leave were analyzed to help the company managers formulate corresponding strategies and to reduce the risk of employees leaving.To a large extent,this model can help enterprise leaders make correct decisions in advance,avoid employee turnover,reduce the loss of the company and retain excellent employees.
