以碳量子点为过氧化物模拟酶的过氧化氢检测 被引量:1

摘要 以城市污泥为基质制备水溶性碳量子点(CQDs),利用碳量子点具有过氧化拟酶的活性,可以催化过氧化氢氧化3,3’,5,5’-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)产生显色反应,反应引起的颜色变化程度可利用分光光度计定量测量。基于上述原理,建立了一种以碳量子点为过氧化物模拟酶的过氧化氢检测方法,确定了最佳检测条件和线性范围及灵敏度。结果表明:当CQDs浓度为150μg/mL、TMB浓度为35μmol/L以及醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液pH=4.2时,该方法检测过氧化氢的线性范围为0.5~5μmol/L和10~200μmol/L,检出限为0.1μmol/L。 CQDs were prepared as carbon source.The CQDs can catalyze the chromogenic reaction between 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)and hydrogen peroxide.The degree of color change can be quantitatively measured by spectrophotometer.A hydrogen peroxide detected method in water by using carbon quantum dots as peroxidase mimetic enzyme was established.The optimum colorimetric detection conditions,the linear range and sensitivity of the detection method were determined.The results showed that the optimal detection conditions were the pH of sodium acetate 4.2,the concentration of CQDs 150μg/mL and the concentration of TMB 35μmol/L.The linear range of the detection method was 0.5-5μmol/L and 10-200μmol/L.And the detection limit was 0.1μmol/L.
