摘要
为验证铁矿中全铁检测新方法—微波消解-电位滴定法的结果准确性和提高的检测效率,对实验设备、实验步骤以及使用溶液等方面建立不确定计算模型,并对实验中涉及各方面因素进行不确定度评估。讨论了该实验方法所存在的优缺点,并对实验方法步骤提出了改进,使实验结果更加准确可信。通过本次实验,该方法准确有效,检测效率较高。
In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of the results,a new method,Microwave digestion-Potentiometric titration was developed for the determination of total iron in iron ore.In this paper,the uncertainty calculation model is established by studying the experimental equipment,the experimental procedure and the use of the solution,and the uncertainty of the factors involved in the experiment is evaluated,so as to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the experimental method,the experimental method and steps are improved to make the experimental results more accurate and reliable.
