地方本科高校线上教学督导的改革探讨——基于新冠疫情的思考 被引量:6

摘要 线上课程建设是“双万计划”的重要组成部分。受新冠疫情影响,地方高校大面积开展线上教学活动,并开启线上教学督导。但地方高校教学督导中存在的“重教轻学”“重督轻导”等问题在线上教学督导过程中进一步放大,督导成效大大降低。随着高等教育教学信息化建设的推进,地方高校应当“化危为机”:一是增强线上教学督导的课程意识,关注教师课程实施能力和师生在线研讨情况;二是增强线上教学督导的引导能力,提升教师对线上教学的认可度,以学术研究推动教师线上教学能力提升,从而更好地发挥教学督导服务于人才培养目标达成的作用。 Online courses are important components of the“Double 10000 Plan”.Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,local universities carry out large-scale online teaching activities and start online teaching supervision.However,the problems of“emphasizing teaching but neglecting learning”and“emphasizing supervision but neglecting guidance”in the teaching supervision of local universities are further enlarged in the process of online teaching supervision,and the effectiveness of supervision is greatly reduced.With the development of information construction in higher education,local colleges and universities should“turn crisis into opportunity”.Firstly,enhance the curriculum awareness of online teaching supervision,pay attention to teachers’curriculum implementation ability and teachers and students’online discussion.The second is to enhance the guidance ability of online teaching supervision,enhance the recognition degree of teachers for online teaching,and promote the improvement of teachers’online teaching ability with academic development.So as to better play the role of teaching supervision in serving the goal of talent training.
