摘要
针对中国电信XX分公司人力资源管理激励机制的现状,深入分析存在的问题,在此基础上设计出一套有针对性的人力资源管理激励方案,并提出了方案的措施保障。改革和完善人力资源管理激励机制,对新时期国有企业的持续健康发展具有重要意义。
This research combines theory with practice,analyzes the essence and reasons of the current situation of the human resource management incentive mechanism of China Telecom××branch,and designs a set of targeted human resource management incentive programs based on the actual situation,and put forward measures to ensure the program.In view of the current situation of human resource management and incentive in state-owned communication enterprises,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems of human resource management and incentive in state-owned enterprises from a new Angle,which has certain guiding significance for the future development of similar enterprises.
