摘要
介绍了汽车前门内板钣金零件在成形过程中后下角产生开裂的问题,分析了开裂产生的原因,提出通过研配管理面间隙、调整工艺补充面、增加零件内部中间刺破刀等措施,改善了零件成形稳定性,满足了大批量生产的需求。
The cracking occurred at the back lower corner of the front door inner panel in the form⁃ing process,the causes of cracking were analyzed.By grinding and managing the face clearance,adjusting the process supplement surface,and increasing the parts inside the middle waste knife,it made the parts forming stably,which met the needs of the mass production.
