摘要
介绍了某车型尾门外板的结构特点,并针对该冲压件上部扰流板处的塌陷回弹问题进行研究,利用鱼刺图评估分析研究方向,确定主要影响因素,通过逐一排查提出解决方案,分析产生回弹的原因,借助AutoForm软件对整改方案进行优化分析验证和结果对比,最终提出准确的整改方案,并现场验证了优化方案的正确性和有效性,可为同类零件的相似问题提供参考和借鉴。
The structural characteristics of the tail gate outer panel were introduced,and the col⁃lapse and springback defects of the upper spoiler of the stamping part were studied.The research direction was evaluated and analyzed by using the fishbone diagram,and the main influencing fac⁃tors were determined.It put forward the solutions by checking the possible questions one by one,and analyzed the causes of the springback problems in detail.The rectification plan was verified by means of the AutoForm software.Compared with the results,an accurate rectification plan was fi⁃nally put forward,and the correctness and effectiveness of the optimization plan was verified on site,which could provide referenced for similar problems of similar parts.
