摘要
本文以毛庄三号小区6#楼为例,分析此项目的装配式结构工程设计方案内容,归纳梳理出装配式结构工程的设计方法与注意事项。研究表明,结构细节、叠合板部分的设计参数能够直接影响设计方案整体效果;BIM技术能够有效深化设计;设计对预制件连接精度与契合度的要求较高。希望本次研究能够为装配式工程设计实施提供有价值的参考资料。
This article takes Maozhuang No.3 Residential District 6#building as an example,analyzes the content of the prefabricated structural engineering design scheme of this project,summarizes and sorts out the design methods and precautions of the prefabricated structural engineering.The research shows that the structural details and the design parameters of the laminated board can directly affect the overall effect of the design plan;BIM technology can effectively deepen the design;the design requires high precast connection accuracy and fit.It is hoped that this research can provide valuable reference materials for the implementation of assembly engineering design.
