摘要
2019年12月以来,由严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)迅速流行,其所致疾病COVID-19(Corona Virus Disease 2019)呈全球大流行,给人类健康带来极大的威胁。外周血细胞参数作为一项常规的实验室检查,对于COVID-19的临床诊断及病情观察具有重要意义,但目前缺乏外周血细胞参数与COVID-19的相关性的综合性报道。本文对外周血细胞参数在COVID-19中的价值进行综述。
Since December 2019,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has spread rapidly,and coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by SARS-CoV-2 has become a global pandemic,posing a great threat to human health.As a routine laboratory test,peripheral blood cell parameters are of great significance for the clinical diagnosis and observation of COVID-19,but there is currently a lack of comprehensive reports on the association between peripheral blood cell parameters and COVID-19.This article reviews the value of peripheral blood cell parameters in COVID-19.
