摘要
新冠疫情的出现短暂转变了我国居民的办公方式,在此期间线上办公APP出现用户量激增、用户评分猛跌现象。本文将线上办公行业的"TOP3"APP"钉钉""腾讯会议""企业微信"作为研究对象,借助Python软件对各大应用商城相应用户下载量及评论数据进行了数据挖掘,对疫情前后线上办公软件进行了用户规模及口碑趋势分析,并建立LDA主题模型用以探究APP的用户需求,对APP功能提出改进建议从而使其更好应对各类突发事件。研究得出三种软件用户改进需求最高的方向为:企业微信的后台强制更新;钉钉的打卡通勤方式;腾讯会议的视频闪退问题。
The appearance of COVID-19 has changed the way of office work of our residents in a short time. During this period, online office APP showed a sharp increase in user volume and a sharp fall in user ratings. This paper takes "top 3 "app "nailing , "Tencent conference "and "enterprise wechat "in the online office industry as the research objects, uses Python software to mine the corresponding user downloads and comments data of major application stores, analyzes the user scale and word-of-mouth trend of online office software before and after the epidemic, and establishes LDA theme model to explore the user needs of app, The improvement suggestions of APP function are put forward to make it better deal with all kinds of emergencies. The research results show that the three directions with the highest demand for software improvement are: the background forced update of enterprise wechat;The way of punching in and out to commute;Tencent conference video flash back problem.
