高性能门窗用聚氨酯组角胶应用性能研究

摘要 角部是门窗节能最为薄弱的环节,角部的粘接性能对于门窗结构强度、使用年限、密封等方面都具有重要影响,因此,高性能门窗用聚氨酯组角胶的应用性能研究具有重要意义。基于此,本文研究了双组分聚氨酯组角胶密闭条件下的固化情况,分析了固化时间、打胶厚度、混合比对其强度的影响;并研究了双组分聚氨酯组角胶在实际门窗中的粘接性能。结果表明,双组分聚氨酯组角胶可以显著提高角部位置粘接强度,角部粘接强度大于角码强度;相较于单组分聚氨酯组角胶,双组分聚氨酯组角胶性能优势明显,具有广泛的市场应用前景。 Corners are the weakest links of energy saving for doors and windows.The bonding performance of corners has an important impact on the structural strength,service life and sealing of doors and windows.Therefore,the research on the application property of high-performance polyurethane sealant for corners of doors and windows is of great significance.Based on this,this paper studies the curing of two-component polyurethane corner sealant under closed conditions,and analyzes the influence of curing time,sealant thickness and mixing ratio on its strength.The paper also studies the bonding property of two-component polyurethane corner sealant in practical doors and windows.Results show that the two-component polyurethane corner sealant can significantly improve the corner bonding strength,and which is stronger than the corner connector strength.Compared with the single-component polyurethane corner sealant,the two-component polyurethane sealant has obvious performance advantages,and has a wide market application prospect.
