摘要
为了准确呈现煤矿井下坑道钻机的结构和工作状况,缩短煤矿井下坑道钻机电液控制程序调试周期,在分析现有多变幅履带钻机的基础上,研制了煤矿井下坑道钻机模拟实验台。重点介绍了钻机模拟实验台整体设计、调角装置设计计算和铰轴式给进装置设计要点等。该钻机模拟实验台可为煤矿井下坑道钻机电液控制程序预先调试提供平台,加快钻机电液控制程序的调试进程。
In order to accurately present the structure and working condition of underground tunnel drilling rig in coal mine and shorten the debugging period of electro-hydraulic control program of underground tunnel drilling rig in coal mine, based on the analysis of existing multi amplitude crawler drilling rig, a simulation experimental bed for underground tunnel drilling rig in coal mine was developed. Mainly introduced the design of the whole drilling rig simulation experiment bed, the design and calculation of the angle adjusting device, and the design points of the hinge shaft feeding device.The drilling rig simulation experiment bed can provide a platform for the pre-debugging of the electrohydraulic control program of the underground tunnel drilling rig, and speed up the debugging process of the electro-hydraulic control program of the drilling rig.
