提高采煤机摇臂壳体油道清洁度的方法研究

摘要 某型采煤机的摇臂在部件加载试验过程中经常发生异响、试验温度偏高、烧轴承等现象。导致这些现象的原因是摇臂壳体的润滑油道中有铁屑、焊渣等杂物残留,润滑油泵开启后,将油道内杂物冲刷进内腔,导致传动机构失效。为了解决此问题,对摇臂壳体的加工工艺进行改良,并对油道进行通畅性试验,由于油道有多处出油孔,需设计专用工装,对出油孔进行逐一通畅性试验,提高了油道的清洁度。 During the loading test of the rocker arm of a certain type of shearer, abnormal noise, high test temperature and bearing burning often occur. The reason for these phenomena is that there are iron filings, welding slag and other debris in the lubricating oil passage of the rocker arm shell, after the lubricating oil pump is opened, the debris in the oil passage will wash into the inner cavity, resulting in the failure of the transmission mechanism. In order to solve this problem, the processing technology of the rocker arm shell was improved, and the oil passage patency test was carried out. Because there are many oil outlet holes in the oil passage, special tooling should be designed to test the oil outlet holes one by one, so as to improve the cleanliness of the oil passage.
