摘要
根据自动钻机的无人操作钻机原则(钻机施工时,无人工干预钻机),研制了一种螺纹联接可正反转的钻杆,并通过试验表明:该钻杆能够配合自动钻机进行正反转施工,有效地自动解决自动钻机卡钻和抱钻事故,从而为煤矿井下钻场真正无人化奠定了一定的基础。
According to the principle of umanned operation of automatic drilling rig(there is no manual intervention in drilling rig construction), developed a kind of forward and reverse drill pipe with threaded connection, and the test shows that the drill pipe can cooperate with the automatic drilling rig for forwand and reverse construction, and effectively solve the accidents of automatic drilling rig sticking and holding, so as to lay a certain foundation for a real unmanned operation of drilling field.
