摘要
综采工作面上滚筒采煤机的工作状况十分复杂,影响滚筒装煤效果的因素众多。为了更准确地了解滚筒的装煤规律,选取工作面倾角为研究对象,定义了滚筒出煤口的方向,建立采煤机滚筒工作的三维模型,通过离散元仿真的方法,探究滚筒装煤效果与工作面倾角之间的关系,并将该规律定量化。该结果为处理综采工作面倾角与滚筒装煤效果之间的关系提供了依据,同时为滚筒的研究提供新的思路。
In fully mechanized mining face, the working condition of the drum shearer is very complex,and there are many factors affecting the loading effect of the drum. In order to more accurately understand the loading law of the drum,select the inclination angle of working face as the research object, defined the drum coal outlet direction, and build a three-dimensional model of the shearer drum work. To explore the relationship between the drum coal loading effect and the angle of the working face by discrete element simulation method, and quantify the law. The results provide a basis for dealing with the realaionship between fully mechanized mining face inclination angle and drum coal loading effect,and provide a new idea for the research of drum.
