矿用射雾器参数优化试验研究

摘要 矿用射雾器试验设备由送风系统和喷雾系统两部分组成,用高速摄像仪将细水雾稳定后的状态拍摄下来并采集数据,通过改变风速、喷嘴安装角度、喷嘴数量及雾滴颗粒直径4个参数进行研究。最后通过图片对比、数据分析对试验结果进行验证。 The experimental equipment of mine sprayer is composed of two parts: air supply system and spray system. The stable state of water mist was captured by high-speed camera and data was collected,studied by changing four parameters of the wind speed, the installation angle of the nozzle, the number of nozzles and the droplet diameter. At last, the test results were verified by the comparison of pictures and the analysis of data.
