摘要
为保证顺利将筛管下至煤层气水平井设计位置,根据井身结构特点,研制了新型液压丢手工具。通过井口投球,利用钻井泥浆泵打压实现丢手工具与筛管脱扣。对丢手工具的销钉和弹性爪进行了受力计算分析,优化了弹性爪机构。室内及现场试验表明,投入φ30 mm钢球、开泵打压至15 MPa即可实现丢手,各项功能均满足煤层气水平井下筛管的施工要求。
In order to ensure that the screen tube is lowered to the designed position of the coal bed methane horizontal well, a new type of hydraulic release tool was developed according to the structural characteristics of the well body. The ball was thrown through the wellhead and pressed by drilling mud pump to realize the tripping of release tool and screen tube. The forces of pin and elastic claws of release tool were calculated and analyzed, optimized the elastic claws. The indoor and field test show that input the φ30 mm steel ball and drive pump down to 15 MPa, release can be realized, and various functions meet the requirement of coal bed methane level screen in underground construction.
