摘要 为提高液压支架自动跟机仿真过程的效率和智能化水平,解决现有模式下需要进行繁琐复杂的参数设置和操作等问题,满足工程现场简便快速开展仿真分析的需求,基于AMESim的二次开发功能,结合Python设计并开发了液压支架自动跟机仿真分析和优化系统,并以转龙湾23104工作面为例进行了工程应用。对比分析本仿真系统与传统仿真系统,结果表明:本系统极大地简化了仿真分析过程,有效解决了传统仿真过程繁琐复杂的问题,提高了仿真过程的效率和智能化水平,具有明显的优越性。 In order to improve the efficiency and intelligent level of hydraulic support automatic followup simulation process, solve the problems of complicated parameter setting and operation under the existing mode, and meet the needs of simple and rapid simulation analysis in the engineering site, a hydraulic support automatic follow-up simulation analysis and optimization system was designed and developed based on the secondary development function of AMESim and python. Zhuanlongwan 23104 working face was taken as an example for engineering application. Compared with the traditional simulation system, the results show that the system greatly simplifies the simulation analysis process,effectively solves the complicated problem of traditional simulation process, improves the efficiency and intelligent level of the simulation process, and has obvious advantages.
