机载刮板运输装置升降机构的改进设计及应用

摘要 针对煤矿巷道修复机在井下试验过程中刮板运输装置卸料高度不够及履带碾压未清理的矿岩(渣)导致刮板运输装置前运输槽不能接触地面、装渣困难的问题,分析了问题出现的原因,提出了改进的主要思路,设计了改进后的升降机构,并进行了加工试制及工业性试验。结果表明:改进后的刮板运输装置升降机构可有效解决卸料高度不够及装渣困难等问题,既解决了升降机构不能满足现有施工工艺的问题,又为刮板运输装置的结构设计及现场应用提供了借鉴。 For the mine roadway repair machine in the underground test, the unloading high of scraper transporter device is not enough and rolling track uncleared mine rock(slag), lead to the problems that the front transport groove of the scraper transport device can not touch the ground, and put slag difficult.Analyzed the cause of the problem, put worward an improved main idea, designed the lift mechanism improved, and carried out the trial process and type tests. The results show that the improved lifting mechanismof scraper transporter device can effectively solve the problems that unloading high enough and loading slag difficulties, which solved the the problems of the lifting mechanism can not meet the current construction process, and provides a reference for structural design of the and field applications of the scraper transport device.
