摘要
为了解决大采高综采工作面采煤机截煤时因采煤机机身阻挡向支架行人侧扩散的含尘气流污染人行区域的问题,通过Fluent数值模拟软件分析了大采高综采工作面粉尘运移分布规律,根据粉尘污染现状创新设计了采煤机机载除尘器。应用结果表明,该装置对采煤机侧向人行侧扩散的含尘气流有较好的净化效果,最大降尘效率达77.1%,对改善粉尘污染情况起到了较大作用,为大采高综采工作面粉尘防治提供现实依据。
In order to solve the problem of pollution of the pedestrian area due to the dusty airflow that is blocked by the shearer body when cutting coal to the pedestrian side of the support when the coal mining machine is cutting coal, the Fluent numerical simulation software was used to analyze the dust transportation of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height. According to the current situation of dust pollution, the mounted dust collector of the coal shearer was innovatively designed.The results of application show that the device has a good purification effect on the dust-containing air flow spreading from the side of the shearer to the pedestrian side, and the maximum dust reduction efficiency is 77.1%, which has played a major role for improving the dust pollution situation, provides a realistic basis for the prevention and control of dust in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
