矿用液压钻车在煤矿大断面岩巷中的应用

Application of Mine Hydraulic Drilling Rig in Large Section Rock Roadway of Coal Mine

孟村煤矿中央带式输送机大巷层位调整段在砂岩中掘进,采用炮掘的方式施工。原使用气腿式凿岩机施工炮眼,工作效率低,工人劳动强度大,导致巷道掘进速度慢。为实现岩巷快速掘进,引进CMJ2-25矿用液压钻车,炮眼施工效率高,工人劳动强度低,同时大大提高了巷道的掘进速度。

Adjustment section of central belt conveyor roadway in Mengcun coal mine tunnels in sandstone, constructs by blasting excavation. Original borehole constructed by air-leg rock drill, had low efficiency and great worker labour intensity, resulted in slow tunneling speed. To achieve fast excavation in rock roadway, introduced the CMJ2-35 type mine hydraulic drilling rig. It has high drilling efficiency and low labour intensity of workers, which greatly improves the tunneling speed of roadway.
