基于故障树的输煤输送带跑偏故障诊断 被引量:3

摘要 为降低带式输送机发生故障概率和进行输送带跑偏预测,以某电厂的输煤输送带为研究对象,提出基于故障树的输送带跑偏故障诊断方法。在深入分析电厂输煤带式输送机结构、工作原理以及运行特点的基础上,通过文献查阅、问卷调查以及实地考察获得影响输煤输送带跑偏的因素,基于故障树分析(FTA)构建了输送带跑偏原因的故障树模型,通过最小割集划分获得输送带发生跑偏的最小概率以及对输送带跑偏概率影响较大的底事件。以此为基础,建立了输送带跑偏故障诊断系统,为输送带跑偏预测、维护与维修提供了数据支持。 In order to reduce the failure probability of belt conveyor and predict belt deviation, taking the coal-transporting conveyer belt of a power plant as the research object, presented a fault diagnosis method based on fault tree. Based on the in-depth analysis of the structure, working principle and operating characteristics of the coal belt conveyer of the power plant, the influencing factors of coal conveyer belt deviation were obtained through literature search, questionnaire survey and field investigation. The fault tree model of the cause of belt deviation was constructed base on fault tree analysis(FTA). The minimum probability of belt deviation and the bottom events that had a great influence on the belt deviation probability were obtained by dividing the minimum cut set. On this basis, the fault diagnosis system of belt deviation was established, which provides the data support for the belt deviation prediction, maintenance and repair.
