摘要
华夏煤业有限公司主通风机系统仅具有本地监测和现场手动操作功能而无法实现远程数据监测和集中控制功能。设计了基于西门子S7-1200 PLC和WinCC 7.5的主通风机在线监控系统,实现运行数据监测以及对电机和风门蝶形阀的控制。该系统运行稳定可靠并且助力了华夏煤业山西省一级标准化和信息化煤矿建设。
The main fan system in Huaxia Coal Industry Co., Ltd. has only the functions of local monitoring and manual operation function, and can not realize the functions of remote data monitoring and centralized control. The main fan on-line monitoring system based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC and WinCC 7.5 was designed to realize runing data monitoring and controlling fan motor and butterfly valve. The system is running stably and reliably, which helps the construction of Shanxi province first-class standardization and information coal mine of Huaxia Coal Industry Co., Ltd.
