摘要 针对采掘设备上位机软件采用文本以及2D图形等实现所带来的直观感受差、维护难度大以及操作困难等问题,设计并研究基于三维动画的采掘设备监控软件。以掘进机为例,提出了一种采用3D动画的掘进机上位机软件实现思路及具体方案,详细分析该方案的关键技术以及软件实现过程。实际设计并实现的3D掘进机监控软件界面友好、维护方便,具有推广和应用价值。 Aiming at the problems of poor intuition, difficulty in maintenance and difficulty in operation caused by the use of text and 2D graphics in the upper computer software of mining and tunnelling equipment, designed and researched a mining and tunnelling equipment monitoring software based on three-dimensional animation. Taking the roadheader as an example, proposed a roadheader host computer software realization idea and specific plan using 3D animation, and analyzed the key technology and software realization process of the plan in detail. The actually designed and implemented 3D roadheader monitoring software has friendly interface, convenient maintenance, and has promotion and application value.
