临床中药师参与25例儿童肺炎的药学监护实践

Pharmaceutical Care for 25 Cases of Pediatric Pneumonia by Clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacists

目的:探讨临床中药师在小儿肺炎治疗中的作用,为中药临床药学工作的开展提供参考。方法:统计分析首都医科大学宣武医院2018年10-12月临床中药师参与会诊的25例小儿肺炎的基本情况、临床诊断、用药情况、药学服务等,汇总临床用药问题并提出相关建议。结果:通过临床中药师的药学监护实践,临床医师及时合理地调整用药方案,规避了潜在的用药有效性、安全性问题。对25例患儿家属进行药事服务满意度调查,满意度为100%。结论:临床中药师参与药学监护实践促进了临床用药的安全性、精准性、有效性,提高了临床工作满意度,有利于改善医患关系。

Objective:To probe into the role of clinical traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists in the treatment of children with pneumonia,so as to provide references for the development of clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Statistical analysis was performed on the basic information,clinical diagnosis,medication and pharmaceutical care of 25 cases of pediatric pneumonia with consultation attended by clinical traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists in Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University from Oct.to Dec.2018.Clinical medication problems were summarized and relevant suggestions were put forward.Results:Through the practice of pharmaceutical care of clinical traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists,the clinicians adjusted the medication regimen in time,avoiding the potential problems with the effectiveness and safety of medication.The satisfaction of pharmaceutical care was 100%in the families of 25 children.Conclusion:The participation of clinical traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists in pharmaceutical care promotes the safety,accuracy and effectiveness of clinical medication,improves the satisfaction of clinical work,and is conducive to the improvement of physician-patient relationship.
