Objective To estimate 10-year risk of ischemic cardiovascular disease(ICVD)among residents aged 35-75 years in Jiangsu province. Methods The cardiovascular disease high-risk screening and comprehensive intervention program was conducted from 2015 to 2019 in Jiangsu province, which enrolled 115435 community-dwelling adults aged 35-75 years from8 sites.Face-to-face questionnaire survey, anthropometric measurement and laboratory detection were carried out to investigate exposures to ICVD risk factors. The China10-year risk for ICVD Score Table was used to assess the risk of developing ICVD.Results Overall 66.2%of the adult subjects aged 35-75 years had at least 2 risk factors for cardiovascular disease, resulting the average score and 10-year risk for ICVD of 6.94 and 6.33%,respectively.The proportion of the participants with high, moderate, and low estimated 10-year risk of ICVD incidence were 15.7%,29.8%,and 54.5%,respectively.Male,elderly,rural residents together with farmers, those with lower education or income had higher proportions of high ICVD risk. Conclusion Residents aged 35-75 years in Jiangsu province have a relatively high 10-year risk of ICVD.Targeted comprehensive interventions should be conducted in key populations.
