摘要 脱硫废水成分复杂,处理难度大。结合2×300 MW火电机组脱硫废水处理工程实例,针对脱硫废水水质特性,介绍了中和、反应、絮凝、澄清处理工艺原理及工艺流程,阐述了系统主要设备三联箱、澄清池、加药装置及配套设施设计、选型、选材依据。运行结果表明,采用该工艺处理脱硫废水,出水悬浮物、COD、多种重金属离子等均能满足国家二级排放标准的要求。 The component of desulfurization wastewater is complex and the treatment is difficult.Combining with the desulfurization wastewater treatment project of 2×300 MW thermal power unit,according to the characteristics of desulfurization wastewater,the principle and technological process of neutralization,reaction,flocculation,clarification treatment are introduced.The design,selection and selection basis of the main equipment,three stage connection box,clarification tank,dosing device and supporting facilities are expounded.The operation results show that the process treatment of desulfurization wastewater,suspended matter,COD,multiple heavy metal ions could meet the requirements of the secondary discharge standard of wastewater national secondary emission standard.
