摘要
小电流接地系统单相接地故障处理技术早已备受广大学者关注,近年来其技术发展快速。首先论述了小电流接地系统发生单相接地故障问题及其快速处理的必要性。从技术原理、实际应用效果、存在问题3个方面对目前电网中应用的单相接地故障处理技术进行了论述,阐述了新技术,指出单相接地故障处理是一个系统工程,其故障处理技术要结合技术适应性、安全性、故障处理快速性、对供电质量的影响、建设成本、应用效果等因素综合考虑科学选择,同时配电网继电保护技术在故障处理方面仍发挥着重要作用,最后指出了未来技术发展方向。
The single-phase ground fault treatment technology of small current ground system has been paid much attention by many scholars.Its technology has developed rapidly in recent years.It first discusses the characteristics of single-phase grounding fault in small current grounding system and the necessity of quick treatment.From the technical principle,treatment effect and economy,three aspects discusses the application of several kinds of single-phase earth fault in the power grid fault processing technology.It points out the single-phase grounding fault handling is a systems engineering,and its troubleshooting techniques are combined with the power supply reliability,power distribution network operation safety,fault handling power,the construction cost factors such as comprehensive consideration of scientific choice.At the same time,relay protection technology of distribution network still plays an important role in fault treatment.Finally,the future development direction of technology is pointed out.
